About Me
Helping you feel safe in your body again
Hi I'm Nic,
I'm passionate about helping people feel better, not just in their minds but in their bodies too.

Over the years, I've explored many different ways of supporting people through life's ups and downs, from psychotherapy and hypnotherapy to Reiki, nervous system work, menopause support and movement.

But discovering Breathwork changed the way I see everything.

Breathwork is at the heart of what I do.

There is something incredibly powerful about the breath.

It's something we carry with us every single day, yet most of us rarely stop to notice it. Learning to work with your breath can help you reconnect with your body, release tension, create space, and simply feel more present in yourself.

My Approach
Warm. Human. No judgement- just kindness.

I want you to feel comfortable being completely yourself.

Whether we are working together through Breathwork, movement, hypnotherapy, nervous system support or another part of your wellbeing journey, my aim is always the same -
to help you feel more connected to yourself, more comfortable in your body and more able to navigate life with confidence.

Because you don't need fixing.

Sometimes you just need the right space, the right tools and someone in your corner.

I'd love to be that person.

A little bit about me
My own life has definitely not been a straight line.
I've experienced my own challenges, changes, loss, anxiety, big life transitions and periods where I've had to find my way back to myself. Those experiences have shaped the way I work today.

I know what it feels like to have lots going on inside while still trying to keep everything together on the outside.

That's why I don't believe in a one size fits all approach.

You are a whole person, and sometimes you need to talk.
Sometimes you need to move. Sometimes you need to breathe. Sometimes you need to simply be heard.

My role is to meet you where you are and hep you find what works for you.

"True change begins when the body feels safe."
